For parties of 1-4 people, there is a 2-hour seating policy, for parties of 5 -6 there is a 2.5-hour slot and for 7+ there is a 3-hour seating policy unless more is requested.
Contact us on 020 3674 1783 before your reservation date if you would like the table for longer. Where possible we will try to accommodate a table for longer.
We will also only hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past your reserved time. If your whole party does not arrive within this time then the table may be given away to accommodate another party.
Our dress code is ‘smart casual’ and we respectfully ask guests dining in the restaurant to refrain from wearing baseball caps, hats, sportswear, flip-flops and casual shorts.
For tables of 2+, NYEAT requires a £10 per person holding fee. This information is requested over the phone. If you wish to cancel your table we require:
- 48 hours notice 3 + tables
- 72 hours for 6 + tables
- 7 days for 7+ tables
If the cancellation is made on the day you will be charged a £20 per person no-show fee. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled or updated within the time frames.
Confirmation is done via our booking platform, a phone call or a text, if you do not confirm your booking you will lose your table.
NYEAT operates an over 21s policy for groups of 3+ on a Friday and Saturday.
This menu is applicable to groups of 8+ people. A minimum order value of £25 per person applies. All orders must be given before arrival.
Food or beverages supplied by NYEAT restaurant can only be consumed within the premises. If you would like to bring your own cake please let a member of staff before arrival.
All guests dining at NYEAT must order food. NYEAT does not cater for drinks only.
NYEAT does not allow silly string, party poppers or confetti in the premises.
NYEAT has a covered garden area with heating. The garden area closes every day at 9:00pm.
NYEAT operates Challenge 25. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 and above.
NEW YEARS TICKET
A £40 per person deposit must be taken to confirm the table. If the table is cancelled on the day then £79 will be charged. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restrictions, dress code, intoxication etc.) for full details contact the event manager. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission.
Entertainment, decorations, acts, performers and themes are subject to change.
Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines – this is at the security team’s discretion.
Refunds will ONLY be issued should the event be cancelled. Deposits for table are non-refundable. A pre-order must be made for this event to guarantee food options.
