For parties of 1-2 people, there is a 1.5-hour seating policy, for parties of 4 -6 there is a 2-hour slot and for 7+ there is a 2.5-hour seating policy unless more is requested.
Contact us on 020 3674 1783 before your reservation date if you would like the table for longer. Where possible we will try to accommodate a table for longer.
We will only hold your table for a maximum of 15-minutes past your reserved time. If your whole party does not arrive within this time then the table may be given away to accommodate another party. If your reservation is the last sitting time (listed below) then we will only hold your table for a maximum of 5-minutes past your reservation time:

Our dress code is ‘smart casual’ and we respectfully ask guests dining in the restaurant to refrain from wearing baseball caps, hats, sportswear, flip-flops and casual shorts.
All brunch menus will be required to pay a deposit of £10 per person. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount. Any no shows for group bookings may lose their deposit money. Any changes in the number of guests of up to 25% of the original group size (in the guest’s favour) may be made up until 6-hours before the reservation time.
Normal Menu Friday & Saturday
All reservations will be required to pay a deposit of £20 per person. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount. Any no shows for group bookings may lose their deposit money. Any changes in the number of guests of up to 25% of the original group size (in the guest’s favour) may be made up until 6-hours before the reservation time.
Failure to notify us of a reduction in numbers by these cut off times will result in a £20 charge for each no-show. If your numbers change by more than 25% we need notification in line with our cancellation policy:
- 12 hours notice 1-2 person tables
- 24 hours for 3-6 person tables
- 7 days for 7+ tables
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled or updated within the time frames.
REFUND: To get a refund for a deposit made we do require an email, with your booking details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Confirmation is done via our booking platform, a phone call or a text, if you do not confirm your booking you will lose your table.
NYEAT operates an over 21s policy for groups of 3+ on a Friday and Saturday.
This menu is applicable to groups of 8+ people. The minimum order value of £25 per person applies. All orders must be given before arrival.
Food or beverages supplied by NYEAT restaurant can only be consumed within the premises. If you would like to bring your own cake please let a member of staff before arrival.
All guests dining at NYEAT must order food. NYEAT does not cater for drinks only.
NYEAT does not allow silly string, party poppers or confetti on the premises.
NYEAT operates Challenge 25. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 and above.
Bottomless brunch at NYEAT is time-limited to 1 hour and this commences 15-minutes from the time of your reservation. Drinks will be replaced once it has been finished. drinks cannot be shared. The whole table must go bottomless to qualify. The last table seating is 2 pm. Management reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any participant at any time without notice. NYEAT bottomless brunch is valid for over 21s only. Proof of ID at the brunch may be required. Drinking to excess at NYEAT’s bottomless brunch will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times www.drinkaware.co.uk.
NEW YEARS TICKET
A £40 per person deposit must be taken to confirm the table. If the table is cancelled on the day then £79 will be charged. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restrictions, dress code, intoxication etc.) for full details contact the event manager. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission.
Entertainment, decorations, acts, performers and themes are subject to change.
Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines – this is at the security team’s discretion.
Refunds will ONLY be issued should the event be cancelled. Deposits for the table are non-refundable. A pre-order must be made for this event to guarantee food options.
